This contemporary mixed-use building is designed on a 26'11" x 22’9" corner plot, making the most of dual access and urban functionality. The main road serves the ground-floor warehouse, while a smaller side lane provides entry to the residences, ensuring better privacy and a clear separation between commercial and living spaces. Planned as a G+4 Structure, the upper floors of this building features one residential unit per floor above, creating a more private and low-density living experience. In total, the project includes three 1.5BHK units and one 1BHK unit. Each 1.5BHK unit is designed for compact yet comfortable living, featuring a living area, kitchen with utility, one primary bedroom, and an additional flexible space that can function as a study or guest room. The homes are designed with north-east facing entrances, allowing soft natural light into the interiors, while balconies and cut-outs enhance ventilation and openness. The fourth floor houses a single 1BHK unit with access to an open terrace, offering a more private and flexible living environment. A standout feature of the design is the use of triangular windows, which create unique interior experiences through dynamic light patterns. These are complemented by a bold geometric grid facade, giving the building a strong visual identity.
