  • “Consultation Services” refers to the service which allows users of the Platform to consult with experienced architects and interior design freelancers by paying the fees.

5. REFUND POLICY FOR ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS

  • No Refund Policy: Once the payment is made, and the Architectural Drawing is ready to download, no refunds will be provided. We encourage you to thoroughly review the design details before completing your purchase.

    • If You encounter any difficulties during the download process or suspect any issues with the drawings, please reach out to Our customer support team for assistance.
    • If You have any concerns regarding the Architectural Drawings You have acquired, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team within 3 months of Your purchase. Additionally, you have the option to book a consultation with experienced architects and freelance designers listed on our Platform.
    • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about the drawings acquired, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. We will assess your request on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a suitable resolution.
    • Please note that after the completion of 3 months from the date of purchase, no requests for clarification will be entertained. We encourage you to address any concerns or seek clarification within this timeframe.

6. REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND RE-SCHEDULING POLICY FOR ARCHITECT CONSULTATION SERVICES

  • Full Refund for 24-Hour Notice: A full refund will be provided if the appointment for Consultation Services is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation.
  • Cancellation Between 24 Hours and 5 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellation of a Consultation Services appointment during this period will result in the retention of 60% of the fee, with a refund of the remaining 40% of the fee provided.
  • Cancellation Within 5 Hours of Appointment: No refund shall be provided for the cancellation of a Consultation Services appointment made within 5 hours of the scheduled consultation.
  • Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframes will be processed within 7-10 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original account/mode of payment.
  • Re-scheduling Policy: If you wish to re-schedule the booking, it can only be done before 24 hours from the booking date. Re-scheduling is subject to the availability of time slots. Re-scheduled appointments must occur within 15 days from the original booking date. Any re-scheduling beyond this timeframe may require a new booking and may be subject to availability and no refund will be provided.
